Putler is truly Khuilo (it means "Dickhead" in Ukrainian), who is responsible for thousands of death all around the world (Ukraine, Syria, Georgia, Chechnya...) and terrorist acts in EU. ISIL = FSB/KGB. Who still don't believe in this - ask Google about Gerasimov doctrine.
